My husband and I have been married for thirty-five years. We have five children. Three of our children are married. We have two daughters-in-law and one son-in-law. We have six grandchildren. Furthermore, we have counseled many young couples in their quest to live a biblical marriage. Biblical Marriage counseling, sometimes, is hard to find. We would like to make this study more than a study, but rather lifelong Biblical discipleship when needed.

Each lesson in this Spring 2023 Flesh vs. Spirit Bible Study will focus on the marriage relationship. Couples (unmarried or married) are encouraged to attend together, as the Biblical principles taught in this Bible Study are needed for both husband and wife to have a Biblical Marriage.

How Can I Love Like Jesus? Monday, February 13, 2023 6:00 - 8:00 PM check in starts at 5:45 (no childcare) (Host Home near Coors and Ellison Address will be emailed/text to you when you sign up.) "Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” In this lesson, we will learn how Jesus loves us so that you know how to love your spouse. God's focus for our living will also be discussed.

Marriage has been hard since the very beginning in the Garden of Eden, when God cursed the woman and the man. These curses still exist and is the reason for the temptation in the marriage. |
